In A Deep Darkwood

After an interesting few days at the Melbourne motorcycle show, hang on that was Tom. After an ordinary week at work, I managed a short 150km loop to Darkwood and home via the horseshoe and Gordonville crossing.

There are few places like the Horseshoe were within minutes you could be miles from anywhere

Blue mountains and clear waterfalls dominate the view

Whilst I was at Darkwood I watched Billy’s boy Mitch wringing the neck of a DS80. For us older people who struggle with logs or steep root invested clay banks it was sobering to watch a 7-year-old tear them to shreds

Gordonville crossing was full of slippery loose rocks and wet boots,

And that was my week, nowhere near enough adventure, what about all you
