Volume 3 is the problem child. Repeated crossings of the NSW /QLD have proved impossible in the last two years. The dog fence section is still locked at this stage. Also we used a different way for map links on Google maps that they no longer support. Fresh map link is above or details in how to use shows how to load the GPX files in Google Maps.

Still heaps of great riding, Vol 3 has been reduced to $5 plus postage

DualSport Australia presents easy-to-use software designed to get you on the trail of adventure.

This disc contains well-researched plans, maps, GPS data and turn-by-turn instructions that will lead you on a ride to discover the granite roads and rolling hills and pastures of northwest NSW with confidence and pleasure. Google Maps links and ready-to-print route sheets are also included.

  1. Hi folks,
the three volumes look good to get.
    Q. #1 — Is the postage $5 x 3 when you buy the three volumes at the same time?
    Q. #2 — The only computer I have at home with a CD/DVD drive is a Mac. I see the comments in the page re Volume One are from 2016. Has there been progress made for Mac heads since then (eg, stuff put in a flash drive that would give what is needed?)
    thanks
    … Chris

    • Hi Chris,
Postage is set for each volume at $5.00 discs are express shipped and arrive quickly.
Regarding the Mac compatibility, short answer is they are not compatible. Long answer below.
All 3 discs can be opened on Mac in a Finder window only viewing raw files. The autorun program doesn’t work which is aimed at guiding you through the disc files however all files are viewable in a Finder window. PDF files contain information, stories and route sheets. GPS files are also stored on the disc in folders. Links to Google maps copies of the rides are inside that autorun and therefore won’t be visible on Mac, however a document can be emailed after purchase with all the missing links that are inside the autorun program. It’s not perfect but we have had a few Mac customers use the discs this way. Hope this helps

  2. Hi
I see the comments above concerning Mac users, have you had any progress or likelyhood your CD’s will be able to run on a Mac?
    Cheers Ian

We never did redo for Mac, it just turned out to be too costly for something that is just a hobby.
